Day 2 — The Can of Worms Is Officially Open
Today I tumbled into the world of agentic AI, autonomous workflows and tools I hadn’t even heard of last month. It’s a lot. Here’s how I’m handling the vertical learning cliff without quitting—and why practitioners (NLP, coaching, training) should be at the table guiding this.
You’ll hear:
- What “agentic AI” really means in human language
- The tea‑and‑breathe method for information overload
- Why your psychology skills are your edge
Chapters:
- 00:03 - Starting the AI Journey
- 00:25 - Understanding Agentic AI
- 01:34 - The Impact of Comet on Business and Culture
- 02:16 - The Challenge of Learning in a Transformative Era
- 02:59 - Navigating Change and Transformation

Transcript
Hello and welcome to day two.
Speaker A:The can of worms is officially open.
Speaker A:And by can of worms, I mean the entire A I ocean.
Speaker A:Help.
Speaker A:Okay, so yesterday I was all confident about starting this AI journey, but plainly confident emotional as well.
Speaker A:But today I made the mistake of trying to understand what agentic AI actually means.
Speaker A:I've got a free trial to Comet, so I thought, that's agentic AI.
Speaker A:Let's have a look.
Speaker A:Two hours later, I'm down a rabbit hole involving autonomous agents, workflow, automation, and something called Go high level, which I've looked at and apparently everybody else uses and knows, but even me, with quite a high tech background, doesn't really know about.
Speaker A:I keep seeing people mention agents, and to begin with, a couple of weeks ago, I actually thought they meant like Secret Service bots or something.
Speaker A:Then I discovered agentic browsers.
Speaker A:AI that can literally browse the Internet and take actions for you.
Speaker A:And my brain just went really?
Speaker A:Especially Comet.
Speaker A:As I say, I've got the beta of Comet.
Speaker A:Just when I thought it couldn't get any wilder, I.
Speaker A:When I first found out about Comet and agentic agents, I had to stop, go make a cuppa and calm down because my head was spinning.
Speaker A:This is mega changing everything.
Speaker A:Business culture, how we connect with people, how we use the Internet, how we will operate going forward in work.
Speaker A:Everything will change because of agentic browsers.
Speaker A:And here's me thinking I could casually learn this stuff on my weekends off.
Speaker A:So my lesson for day two, the learning curve isn't a curve.
Speaker A:It's more like a vertical cliff face.
Speaker A:But you know what?
Speaker A:That's exactly why transformational practitioners, trainers, coaches, nlpers need to be part of this conversation.
Speaker A:Because we understand human psychology.
Speaker A:We know how to hold a space for overwhelm, to eat the elephant one bite at a time.
Speaker A:And we speak that language of transformation.
Speaker A:So when there's massive change, chaotic change, we know how to cope and how to help others move forward.
Speaker A:So AI needs our wisdom about what actually helps people in this age of really evolutionary change.
Speaker A:I will see you again tomorrow when I'm stepping back from the overwhelm and trying to breathe.
Speaker A:And I'll see you then.
Speaker A:Thanks for watching.
