Yesterday we were mentioning being overwhelmed.
Speaker A:And what happened after the overwhelm was that I moved from panic to possibility.
Speaker A:It was time to turn the overwhelm into an actual strategy where I could help people.
Speaker A:So after weeks of wondering what was happening with AI and finding new avenues of AI and new possibilities and new realizations of how powerful AI is and how it's already integrated into our systems, I finally sat down properly and mapped this out.
Speaker A:I took a notebook, I took my cup of tea, and I took some proper thinking time.
Speaker A:And here's what became clear.
Speaker A:I was getting lost in the bigness, I was getting lost in the fast changes, when actually my piece is quite specific.
Speaker A:I'm not trying to become a tech guru or promise anyone they'll make millions.
Speaker A:I'm here for the coaches, for the trainers, for the transformational practitioners who are feeling threatened by AI when they should be feeling empowered.
Speaker A:Because here's the truth.
Speaker A:We have skills, skills that are absolutely crucial as AI develops.
Speaker A:We understand human psychology, we understand language, we know how to ask the powerful questions.
Speaker A:We're trained in the very language patterns that make AI work.
Speaker A:The vision crystallized.
Speaker A:What if we could help practitioners use AI to reach more people during this mental health crisis that seems to be only getting worse, especially in the where you've got two year waiting lists.
Speaker A:What if instead of being replaced, we became the ones guiding AI towards more conscious, compassionate applications, creating crisis systems for when people just aren't available or can't get in touch with a human being?
Speaker A:It's not about replacing the human being, it's about dealing with those vital in between times where you actually might save someone's life.
Speaker A:And this seems less of a tech challenge and more like a mission, a purpose now.
Speaker A:And, you know, I got really welled up on day one when I was thinking about this, because it really gets me in the heart that this is the reason that I'm looking at AI.
Speaker A:So I'm looking at how powerful it is going to be and looking at the ways it really can help rather than hinder.
Speaker A:So this is what five days have taught me so far.
Speaker A:When something feels too big, it usually means you need to get clearer on the specific piece of it.
Speaker A:And it's taken me six weeks to get the clarity on how I want to use it strategically to help others, how I want to use it to strategically help others, practitioners, trainers and coaches so they can make a bigger difference in this time.
Speaker A:So AI is huge, but your contribution doesn't have to solve everything.
Speaker A:It just needs to be something that matters to you, and as I say, for me, it's helping practitioners see their advantage and use it to help more people in these changing times.
Speaker A:So what's your specific piece of the AI puzzle?
Speaker A:What uni skills, perspectives, ideas do you bring?
Speaker A:Share and if you're ready to explore AI for your practice, look at the link in the bio for some free resources.
Speaker A:Day six tomorrow and it's time to start getting practical and start building and implementing with AI.
Speaker A:I hope you've enjoyed these first five days.
Speaker A:If you have any questions, drop them in the comments DM me or send me an email.
